The Burning Bush

Moses lived forty years in the palace, then 40 years in the wilderness of Midian, watching sheep.

Moses saw a burning bush that was not being consumed.

The bush started to talk to him

“I want you to bring the children of Israel out of Egypt”

Moses said, “They don’t know who I am.  I need some credentials. When they ask me WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE LORD, what do I tell them?”

The Lord said “I am that I am.”

I am everything that you need me to be.
